pre-orders will only be accepted for a couple of days during each month to ensure timely delivery

Shipping timeline:

Pre-orders can take up to 3-6 Business weeks to be shipped.

we do not accept rushed orders

if there are any unexpected delays, customer will be notified

payment:

full up-front payment is required to confirm your pre-order

combined orders:

if the order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available

changes and cancellations:

pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed, unless we are unable to fulfill the order
